To qualify for a refund, shoppers must present a valid receipt within 14 days of purchase. Exchanges are permitted within 30 days of the purchase date with a valid receipt. Once 30 days have passed, items are no longer eligible for a refund or an exchange, regardless of documentation. All returned or exchanged apparel must be in its original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all tags still attached. Items that have been customized or personalized specifically for your order may be subject to stricter return eligibility.
