Store Guidelines
We are thrilled to get your Proper Gear Intl. Clothing pieces to you. All orders are processed and shipped directly from our headquarters in Las Vegas, NV. Please allow 3–5 business days for our team to prepare and pack your order before it is dispatched to the carrier. Once your package is en route, you will receive a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number so you can follow its journey. We value your patience as we work to ensure every custom apparel piece and streetwear item arrives in perfect condition at your doorstep.
Estimated Delivery Timelines
Shipping from the West Coast means delivery times vary by region. Please allow for the following estimates once your order leaves Las Vegas:
• West & Southwest: 2–5 business days
• Central & Midwest: 3–7 business days
• East Coast: 4–8 business days
• Alaska, Hawaii, & U.S. Territories: 7–14 business days
Because we ship from Nevada, customers on the East Coast and in outlying regions should account for additional transit time. Please note these windows are estimates only and actual arrival dates may fluctuate due to carrier volume, seasonal holidays, or inclement weather conditions.

While we monitor all outgoing shipments, delivery dates are not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, external delays are beyond our control.
